Stamp Something

Hi,

This weeks challenge on Stamp Something is back to school. These are cards I made for my niece and nephew for back to school. Lorna is about to start Nursery and Dylan is going into Reception.

The backgrounds I made myself using two tones of blue and green ink pads dabbing with a sponge onto the white card. The images were ones I bought from ebay so unsure who makes them (sorry!) coloured with whisper pens. The names are punched with scallop circle punch.

Papertake Weekly Challenge Sketch #9

Hi,

This card is made using sketch from Papertake Weekly Challenge. The papers are from a QVC kit by Dawn Bibby that I bought ages ago, with cuttlebug swiss dots embossed card, Penny Black hedgie coloured with Whisper pens. The round stamp greeting is from Cuddly Buddly with nesties scallop circle and flowers to finish.

The Image is a Penny Black stamp coloured with Marvvy Le Plume pens with Sakura Stardust clear for sparkle. The paper is from a Scrapbook CD with scallop circles cut on Cuttlebug using nestabilities. Sentiment is from Hero Arts stamped with Stazon Ink.

This is another double challenge card.

2. Spoon Full of Sugar #6 - Circles

The image is a Sugar Nellie "Maggie" coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor and cut using scallop circles nestabilities on cuttlebug as is the matting layer which was also embossed using swiss dots folder. The thank you text is cut on my Robo and matted on another scallop circle. Papers are from a Scrapbook CD with flowers, brads and gems to finish.

Tilda & Co #26 - sketch

Hi,

This card is made for Tilda & Co Challenge #26 which is a sketch layout.

The image is Tilda with Tigla coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor with sakura clear stardust on the wings. I used papers from Pink Petticoat "Lola's Boudoir" with brown pearl card put through cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder and Cuddly Buddly round stamped greeting backed onto a scallop circle using nestabilities.

This is simple card made for two challenges.

1. My Time to Craft #20 - Circles
2. Cute Card Thursday #16 - No printed paper

The stamp is a Penny Black Hedgie coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor and cut with mat using nestabilities scallop circles through my cuttlebug. I then embossing the top and bottom of the card on cuttlebug using circles and swiss dots folders with ribbon across the middle to hide the overlap.

Very simple card but I love it! Left greeting off so can use for any occasion.

Triple Whammy 6

This is card made for three challenge: -

1) Thank God It's Friday - Cats
2) Friday Sketchers - Layout
3) SBS18 #6- Lilac/purple (my challenge yippee!)

The image is a Penny Black stamp coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor cut on cuttlebug using scallop circle nestabilities with silver mirri scallop circle to back put through cuttlebug in swiss dots embossing folder. Round greeting stamp from Cuddly Buddly too with patterned paper from Funky Fairy and lilac paper, top half put through cuttlebug paisley embossing folder. Ribbon across the centre of the card and gems added for bling!

This is another double challenge card.

2) Spoon Full of Sugar #2 - Pink, Blue & Green

The image is Sugar Nellie stamp "Nellie & Puppy" which is coloured with pencils and blended with Sansodor with Sakura stardust clear & pink to accent.

The papers are from a new site I found for downloads called "It's a Spring Thing" from Kay Miller Designs. Her papers are beautiful and although they are for Digital Scrapbooking they print out beautifully. The round greeting is a flower from the set which I added "Happy Birthday" in my photo program and cut using nestabilities scallop circles in my cuttlebug.

Added some gems for a bit of "bling".

Tilda & Co #22 - Not a card!

Hi,

The theme this week on Tilda & Co Challenge is "Not a card so decided to make this little bind it all album made for friend who finishes work tomorrow to have a baby. As she doesn't know if a girl or boy yet I thought play safe and use mint green.

The papers are from Red Hot Bed CD from Create and Craft with stamped Magnolia coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor. Nestabilites scallop circles cut on my cuttlebug and embossed with swiss dots folder with peel offs, gems and ribbon to accent.

Really please with the result.

The papers are freebies from Funky Fairy Blog with a coloured Butterfly Funky Fairy matted onto scallop circle cut with nestabilities through my cuttlebug and then circles embossing folder. Gems added to the corners to carry on the dottie theme.
