ABC Challenge - V is for Violet

This is my DT card for this week's challenge on ABC - V is for Violet.
As some of you know I LOVE PURPLE!!, so this was fabby for me. A big "thank you" to Vicky for the flowers and the purple gems which she very kindly sent to me for Christmas.

ABC Challenge - T for Threes

This is my DT card for this week's challenge in ABC - T for threes. The idea is to used 3 of something on your card. I used an image from Elzybells with 3 carolsingers and 3 snowflakes. The paper is from Crafters Companion Christmas CD with image coloured with promarkers and stickles then cut on cuttlebug using nesties.

Triple Whammy 11

This is a triple challenge card.

The image is Elzybells Eskimo paper piecing clothes and coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. The circles are cut from card on cuttlebug using nesties then embossing in bug using baubles embossing folder. The paper is from my stash (sorry can't remember where from) Round Christmas greeting stamp from Cuddly Buddly with snowflake embellishments and stickles to finish.

Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge #25




This week's challenge on Spoon Full of Sugar is to make a children's card and as I had to make Christmas cards for my 2 nephews and niece I thought this was a perfect time!
The images are all new Christmas Magnolia images, coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with stickles glitter added. The papers are from Triple Treasures Christmas Background CD from Create and Craft with oval cut on cuttlebug using nesties and border from card in my stash. The names are cut on Cricut using "Storybook" cartridge again from Secret Crafter. Ribbon and gems to finish.


Basic Grey Challenge #10

This is my card for Basic Grey Challenge #10 - Glitter.
The papers are Basic Grey "Sultry" with Sugar Nellie "Penpal" image coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter and cut on cuttlebug using nesties. Swirls are cut on Cricut using "Storybook" cartridge again from Secret Crafter. Gems and stickles glitter added to finish.

Two cards - three challenges

This first card is made for two challenges.
  1. Sketch Saturday #24 - Sketch layout
  2. Magnolia -v- Stampavie #2 - Clean and simple

The image is a Tilda from Fall Magnolia Stamp Club, coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with stickles added to her wings. The sentiment at the side is from Elzybells. Papers are from a freebie set from Summertime Designs with wide white ribbon and flower from my stash. (Thanks to Jo for "borrowing" her idea of the folded back corner and brad xx)

This next card is made using fabulous sketch this week on Papertake Weekly Challenge. A nice simple sketch but so effective.
The papers and stamp image are all from Cuddly Buddly with the image being coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. The circle greeting is part of the backing paper cut on cuttlebug using nesties.

The image is a WOJ stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with green snowflake paper from Pink Petticoat. The Christmas Stocking paper was a freebie from a magazine. The centre circle and scallop mat was cut on cuttlebug using nesties. Green bazzill card and gems to finish.

I have used Elzybells Christmas Fairy stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with papers from Pink Petticoat. Pink glitter card mat and image oval cut on cuttlebug using nesties. Ribbon from stash and Christmas round greeting stamp from Cuddly Buddly.

I am late posting because my lovely OH has been adding a shelf to my craft room. My craft room is at the back of our garage and my hubby has knocked through and yesterday we had a radiator fitted (no more cold fingers!!) As I have tidied up I thought I would post you a piccie.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #5

This is my DT card for this week's challenge on Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge which is a fab sketch from Jill but with a twist - to use pink, white and brown.

The image is an Elzybells stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. I have cut it and white oval mat on cuttlebug using nesties and then embossed one using snowflake embossing folder and rubbed a pink ink pad over the top to bring out the embossing. Papers are from Christmas cd from Artylicious. Stickles and gems added to finish and greeting stamped in the corner.

ABC Challenge - O is for Oval

Hi,

This is my DT card this week for ABC Challenge. The image is a Forever Friends bear coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter which has been cut on the cuttlebug with nesties, as was the mat and greeting. The top half of the card has been put through cuttlebug with swiss dots folder and bottom half is card put through cuttlebug using circles folder.

High Hopes Challenge #5

This is my first entry into High Hopes Challenge Blog, which this week is a fabulous sketch from Katharina.
The image is "Bethany Angel" coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with stickles glitter on her wings. The papers are all from Cuddly Buddly with mats cut on cuttlebug using nesties. The sentiment strip I stamped using sentiment from Elzybells. Prima flowers and gems added to finish. There will also be a personalised sentiment on the top left but haven't put it on yet as the card is for one of my blogging friends birthdays and she may see it!

Double whammy Challenge Card #38

This is another double challenge card.

The image is a Christmas Forever Friends stamp which my lovely hubby bought for me at the weekend, which has been coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter and embellished with stickles glitter. The image was cut on cuttlebug using nesties as was the silver mirri card mat. The papers are a freebie from Funky Fairy Blog with round Christmas greeting stamp from Cuddly Buddly and the glitter strip is just double sided tape and loose glitter on top. Snowflakes cut on cuttlebug using cuttlebug die and silver mirri card and gems to finish.

Two Challenge Cards


This is card made for challenge #41 with "Over the Rainbow" theme on Tilda & Co this week. The papers and rainbow are all from Kay Miller Designs set called "Over the Rainbow" with Tilda coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. Punched border and ribbon strip using X-Cut punches. Sentiment stamp is from Elzybells with swirls stamp from set by Hero Arts from Secret Crafter. Ribbon, gems and stickles to finish.

Thrilled this week as I won last week's Tilda challenge!

This card is for challenge #20 with a theme of "Spooky" challenge on Penny Black Saturday. I didn't have any Halloween PB stamps so bought some stickeroos - this is the first time I have used these and they are fabby for a quick card. The witch, pumpkin and Halloween title are the stickeroos with papers from Halloween set from DAISIE. Black card and nesties used to cut the ovals on cuttlebug to finish.

This is just a card challenge of my own! I made a card (posted yesterday) for Stamp Something and had lots of the printed paper left over so made this card. The image is from Elzybells coloured with promarkers and glittered with stickles. I cut the window out and matted onto scallop square cut on cuttlebug using nesties. Ribbon from my stash.

Two cards - Two Challenges!

This first card is made using sketch layout this week on Sketch Saturday. The image is a new Elzybells stamp (which I just had to use LOL) coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter with stickles glitter added. The papers are from Chris Warner CD "Decoupage and more" with sentiment added to the border on my PC. I cut the circle of image and silver mirri card on cuttlebug using nesties and put the silver card back through in new Snowflake embossing folder.


This second card is made for challenge on Stamp Something, which this week's theme is Birds. The owl image and papers are all from Pink Petticoat "Tis the season" with the image coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter and red gems added to the ribbon, berries and corners.

The papers and image are from a new set by Pink Petticoat called "Tis the season" which hadve some funky papers and images. The border is punched from red card with ribbon and gems brads to finish.

Round greeting stamp, from Cuddly Buddly is stamped onto white card and coloured with promarkers to match the image, then cut on cuttlebug with nesties again!
