This is my DT creations for this week's challenge on Forever Friends which is a fabulous sketch by Silke.

I decided to re-cover a little notepad I bought - only 20p from Asda and jazzed it up a bit! Quite pleased with the result. I now have a very posh shopping list pad!

This is my first DT card for Forever Friends Challenge Blog which this week's theme is shaped cards. I chose to cut a shaped card on cuttlebug using nesties with my fave flower punch and loads of gems to accent.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #29

This week's challenge on Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge is set by our lovely sponsor Wendy and the theme is to make a shaped card.

Now, you can tell from my pics that I love square cards so this was a stretch for me, but I remembered a tutorial I saw for this folded card which when folded together makes a lovely dinky 4" x 4" card. As the fold is quite intricate I wanted to keep the decoration to a minimum.

ABC - H is for .......

This is my DT card for this week's challenge on ABC - H is for Hearts. The image is a Forever Friends bear coloured with promarkers and stickles. The paper is from K&Co with card put through cuttlebug swiss dots folder. Oval and scallop oval cut using nesties with Cuttlebug and flower cut on CB too. Ribbon from my stash.

ABC - F is for flowers

This is my DT card for ABC and my first attempt at a word book! The template is on my new CD "Funky Daze" from Funky Hand with stamped image Forever Friends Bear with flowers coloured with promarkers and pearl gems. Sentiment made on PC using Safmat with letters decoupaged and glittered with Glamour Dust.

Two cards

This first card is made using the fab sketch on this week's Forever Friends Blog. The image is coloured with promarkers and mounted using papers from K&Co and blue card from my stash. The sentiment is made on PC using Safmat and finished with gems, flowers and ribbon from my stash.

This card is an order for a friend at work. It's for a very sprightly lady who is 95 this weekend (doh - as if you couldn't guess) and still assists with the Pony Club. The image, paper and sentiment tag are from Cuddly Buddly with the pony being decoupaged and stickles added for sparkle. The numbers are cut on my Cricut using "Storybook" cartridge. flowers and gems from my stash.

Forever Friends 2 Feb

This is card I have made for this week's challenge on Forever Friends which was "Tall and thin". I rarely make anything other than square cards so this was a bit of test for me! Hope you like.

Kids are off school again today but luckily I'm off work too so snug at home crafting all day!!!

As some of you know I LOVE PURPLE!!, so this was fabby for me. A big "thank you" to Vicky for the flowers and the purple gems which she very kindly sent to me for Christmas.

ABC Challenge - R for Ribbon

This is my DT card for this week's challenge on ABC - R for ribbon.

The image is a Forever Friends stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. The circle is cut on cuttlebug using nesties with paper from Red Hot Bed and of course, ribbon!

3 Cards - 3 Challenges

This first card is made for this week's challenge on Whiff of Joy #8 - Boys Christmas card but no blue!

I made this card for my son using papers from Crafters Companion Christmas CD and Whiff of Joy stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter. Circles cut on cuttlebug using nesties with snowflake embellishments and stickles to finish.

This card is made for my twin sister for her birthday. I used a sketch of mine from Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge wk1 for the layout. The challenge this week on Forever Friends was "Papermania" - to use 3 types of paper. The papers are from Cuddly Buddly (I did make the red more vibrant on my software) with satin and velvet ribbon border. The FF bear is coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter and cut on cuttlebug using nesties. The sister greeting is made on my PC (thanks Donna for the tutorial XXX) Gems, flowers and stickles added to finish.

This last card is made for my MIL birthday which fit very well with the challenge this week on Crafty Creations #26 - cards for Mum!

The mandala flower is from a freebie download from Fred, She Said blog. I cut the flowers in several layers and built up on foam pads. Sakura Stardust pens added to the borders and stickles for some sparkle. The backing paper is made using the same image on "My Craft Studio" software from C&C. The tag is cut from the same card with peel offs, ribbon, flowers and gems to finish. Not my fave type of card but MIL loves them.

Cute Card Thursday Challenge #35

This is my card for this week's challenge on Cute Card Thursday. The them is "Cheers".

I have used FF bears stamp coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter and backed onto green and silver card. The top half of the card has been embossed using swiss dots folder in cuttlebug with bottom half using paper from Cuddly Buddly. The "for you" greeting was cut on my Cricut. Peel off stars, borders and corners added to finish.

ABC Challenge - O is for Oval

This is my DT card this week for ABC Challenge. The image is a Forever Friends bear coloured with promarkers from Secret Crafter which has been cut on the cuttlebug with nesties, as was the mat and greeting. The top half of the card has been put through cuttlebug with swiss dots folder and bottom half is card put through cuttlebug using circles folder.
