Fat Book Pages #9

Hi,

These are fat book pages made for swap I host on Cuddly Buddly Forum. The theme was favourite colour, and as I couldn't choose between purple and blue I did one of each! The purple is Sugar Nellies stamp and the blue is Magnolia.
Lovely weekend off with family, but back to work tomorrow, but only for 2 weeks then off for half term with kids.

Fat Book Pages #6

Hi,

These are fat book pages for Craft Swap Forum. I have used Penny Black Stamp, stamped using stazon onto watercolour paper then used sakura stardust pens and water brush to colour. The effect is a slight shimmer to the colour - fab!

Off out lunchtime with my parents for their anniversary, then work at 3pm.

Fat Book / ATC Challenge

Hi,

These are made for a challenge on Crafters Companion Forum to make a matching Fat Book Page and ATC.

The papers and images are taken from Cuddly Buddly Playtime Girls set, but I have changed the colour of the background from pink to purple.

The whole image and the corners were layered in my photo program then the Lilac Fairy bears are decoupaged and stickles added for some sparkle.

No work today, so off out shopping with my sister.

Fat Book Page #4

Hi,

Sorry it's a late post but I've been out all day with my crafty friends Wendy so I also haven't had time to make a card so I thought I'd post a previous Fat Book Page made for a swap on Craft Swap Forum.

It's made using papers and image from Paper Nation with ribbon, glitter tape and gems running down the side. This is one of my fave pics from Paper Nation.

Will do card for post tomorrow.

Fat Book Pages #3

Hi,

These are pages made for Crafters Companion Forum Fat Page Club. They are made using Lili of the Valley Fairies and papers, with the images being coloured with Sakura Glaze pens and stickles added to the wings.

In a very strange mood today. My daughter Emma has just gone into school for her first day of High School and I feel very sad - and old! This will be her last first day that I take her to. Her next big event will either be work or college and she won't want her mom tagging along!
She was so excited - which is a good thing when you think some parents have real problems getting their kids to school. My son Richard is back later today, and needless to say he isn't excited as it's his 3rd year!

Fat Book Page #2

Good morning,

Today's page is for a swap on Crafters Companion Forum. It is made using free download called "coffee break" from censloft blog, with gems, ribbon and glitter added. The glitter took AGES but I'm pleased with the result.

I have a very boring day ahead of me. Paul and Richard are in Wales, Emma at her friends and I have a lovely job to do - ironing! Got to get the kids uniforms ready for back to school next week. Still yuk day today but FABBY one tomorrow as off the Gmex craft exhibition.

Will post tomorrow but will probably be late

Fat Book page

Morning,

Made this today for a swap on Crafters Companion Forum. Fat books are similar to atc's but a little bigger. Size 4" x 4" decorated ususally with a theme and details on the back. I'm addicted to them!!! This one is made with papers and layering circles from Chris Warner's Everyday Backing papers cd with petals from a silk flower with brad in the centre and stickles glue added to the butterflies.

Had a busy day so far, been uniform shopping for the kids, and thankfully all done in one day at one shop - yippee!!! On the countdown now until they are back!

Diet went well yesterday. Was at work 9 til 5 so for once had meals at normal times. Sometimes very hard keeping to the right mealtimes when I have a very irratic shift pattern for work.

Anyway off for some more crafting and will post tomorrow.
