Hi,This is card using new set of images from Pink Petticoat called "Lola Rose Bubbly". The image is coloured with mix of Sakura Glaze and Stardust pens and framed using nestabilities with papers from Cuddly Buddly "Teddy's New Home" set.
So girly - love it!
