Hi,
This card is made for Cute Card Thursday #11 which was a sketch challenge.
The papers are Pink Petticoat "Lola's Boudoir" with Sugar Nellie image coloured with pencils and blended with Sansodor. The card for the flower, border and matting is a Cricut card stock I bought from Secret Crafter which is a light weight bazzill effect which I cut in my cuttlebug. Brads added to accent.
