Lil' old Me

I am a full-time working mum who works shifts with a son Richard aged 23 and a daughter Emma aged 21. I have been married to my lovely Husband Paul for 26 years. My passion in life, besides my family, is papercrafting, especially cardmaking, although I "dabble" in scrapbooking. I was introduced to Jewellery making in 2012 and found another addiction :) I have been cardmaking since 2006. I am also a bit of a tigger freak!

Crafter's Companion Inspiration Team - Kraft Drawers

Here is another inspiration project for CRAFTER'S COMPANION.  I have made drawer units before but always "matchbox" size so decided to try my hand at a bigger version.

Each drawer is made individually and measures 2.5" square so the overall unit is 5" x 5" x 2.5".

I used Kraft card for the construction scoring on the Big Score board.
I decorated with blue core'dinations card and paper from Downton Abbey CD and antique brads for the handles.

I used this tutorial from Linda Parker as the basis for my boxes and adapted my sizes.

Come back on Friday to see the card I made to match.

You are an angel. I've been trying to work out how to make these for the last two days, and here you are. Consider yourself hugged! Thank you♥ Now I'm going to read up on the rest of your posts while I wait for my Crafter's Companion goodies to arrive. I'm brand new at paper crafting BTW. I followed lovely Debbie Shore to the CC website and was so inspired, I've spent all my birthday money there, and it isn't my birthday until the 16th! I'm delighted to find your blog. Thank you again!
