Sugar Bowl Challenge #1

This is my entry for a new challenge blog called Sugar Bowl. This challenge blog is dedicated to Sugar Nellie Stamps - which I adore!!!!! This first challenge is a fabby sketch by Tiets. Lots of bling on my card but for a friend who loves her "sparkly things".
