Hi,This card is made for Tilda & Co Challenge #32 - Cool as Ice. The brief was to use blue and white only.
The papers are again freebies from Summertime Designs with Tilda image coloured with pencils and blended with sansodor. The circle greeting I made myself on PC and matted onto blue card cut on cuttlebug using nesties with gems and flowers added to finish.
