This is a simple Anniversary card made using a background stamp, heart stamp and sentiment. I punched a word window punch on post-it note and stuck to centre then stamped the heart across. When I removed the "mask" it left a white space for me to stamp the sentiment using stamp-a-ma-jig. I then stamped confetti hearts background around the edge and layered onto card.
