I made a card using Do-Crafts Digital Designer and Me to You Spring Chic CD.  The backing paper is made in the program from a scroll jpeg and the frame is set so it looks like it is inverted.  Very pleased with the result and was such a quick card to do with just matting card and pearl paint pens for the edges.
