I am a full-time working mum who works shifts with a son Richard aged 23 and a daughter Emma aged 21. I have been married to my lovely Husband Paul for 26 years. My passion in life, besides my family, is papercrafting, especially cardmaking, although I "dabble" in scrapbooking. I was introduced to Jewellery making in 2012 and found another addiction :) I have been cardmaking since 2006. I am also a bit of a tigger freak!

Apologies

Sorry for no posts this week but we have been having a very rough week.

Our poor Boxer Doggy Harvey has been poorly.  He is 9 years old and we adopted him from a friend in August 2010.  He was being sick Tuesday and Wednesday and off his food so took him to the vets who said he was dehydrated and needed to spend the night at the vets having test and on a fluid drip.  The worrying part was that he collapsed in our garden and I had to carry him into the house.

After spending a comfortable night at the vets we went next day to collect him and was told he had Pancreatitis which was why he was being sick but when x-rayed it was also found he has an enlarged heart and fluid on his lungs.

He is being treated with tablets and a shot but still not his bouncy self yet :(

I'll be back tomorrow with DT card for SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE.

Awe!!! Poor baby...I love boxers, I had a boxer named Hannah Jane, and I sure miss her. They are the most lovable, biggest babies, and mine was sort of a little stinker, but you gotta love them and their cute little faces :O) I sure hope he gets better soon...give him big hugs for me....Leah Ann

Sorry to hear about your Boxer, I had a red Boxer bitch years ago and still think about her and the fun we had, such a lovely breed.
Hope he improves with the medication.
Hugs
