This is my card for this week's challenge on LESS IS MORE which is to use Acetate.
OMG!!!! I hate this stuff but thought I would have a bash, then I found I didn't have any in my stash so had to improvise by using a sheet of laminate LOL. I coloured the laminate with promarkers then punched out a butterfly.
I wanted to keep the card simple so just used flower, border and sentiment from Stampin Up set and used Weathered Wood Distress ink. I then found my blue card stock didn't match so coloured a piece of white with the Weathered wood ink.
Again I stepped out of my "comfort zone" and made an A6 card.
LOVE IT!!!!!
IMAGE, BORDER AND SENTIMENT:
Vintage Vogue set from STAMPIN UP
MEDIUM:
Weathered wood DI and promarkers from SECRET CRAFTER
TOOLS:
Cuttlebug
Circle and scallop circle nesties from SECRET CRAFTER
Martha Stewart Butterfly punch from SECRET CRAFTER
OTHERS:
Large and small pearls from SECRET CRAFTER

You may not like working with acetate but you've produced a fabulous card
You would never think this is out of your comfort zone Jane
it;s just FAB You;ve made such a good job of the flower and border I think it would work without the butterfly too
