Weigh in - week 1

Re-joined slimming World last Monday and went for first weigh in today.

Joined last year and managed to keep 1 stone off but need the motivation from going to class as my "habits" started to return.

Been weighed and lost 6.5 lbs this week, so now 1 st 7 lbs total.

One of my goals is to stop drinking soda pop. I think I have a major caffeine addiction.
