Morning,
Early post today as just got in from work.
This card is made using Censloft Fashionista set from SDK. Layered on photo program then pieces decoupaged on top. The ribbon was a "happy accident" as should have layered directly on top but put in wrong place but love the outcome.
Off to bed now for sleep.
