Morning,
Early post today as got to go back to bed later as working 11pm to 7am tonight.
This card is made for friend at work who has just had a bouncing baby girl, Gracie 8lbs 2oz.
It is made using a Friday freebie from DAISIE Co called "girl bear". I have layered the backing on my photo program and the decoupaged the bear in the basket and the bow. Really pleased with the effect.

Jane, Aren't those graphics just adorable, I love them. I'm making my Grandson's Baby Announcements using those graphics, obviously Boy Bear not Girl Bear. Lovely Card.
